Pharmacists involved in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS) provide great help for the reasonable and safe drug application in clinical practice. How to embody the value of pharmacists work in PIVAS and establish PIVAS pharmaceutical service fee of China is the direction of our research.The paper summarizes the international experiences on charging dispensing fee in USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Taiwan region. The content includes the illustration on the payment method and implemention which give the evidence for the reference of PIVAS pharmaceutical service fee policymaking.
