基于近54年发生的厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜事件和新疆气候资料,分析新疆环境气候变化特点表明:1961年以来新疆降水量和气温均呈现明显增加的趋势.厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜事件呈现出起伏波动的特点,且1980年以后波动趋势更为剧烈,厄尔尼诺事件发生强度要大于拉尼娜事件.强厄尔尼诺年极端降水事件增多.厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜事件年对新疆各地区降水、气温影响不同,厄尔尼诺年塔城、阿勒泰北部、巴州北部、南疆西部喀什至和田一带增湿明显,阿勒泰东部、哈密北部升温作用显著.
基于近54年髮生的阨爾尼諾/拉尼娜事件和新疆氣候資料,分析新疆環境氣候變化特點錶明:1961年以來新疆降水量和氣溫均呈現明顯增加的趨勢.阨爾尼諾/拉尼娜事件呈現齣起伏波動的特點,且1980年以後波動趨勢更為劇烈,阨爾尼諾事件髮生彊度要大于拉尼娜事件.彊阨爾尼諾年極耑降水事件增多.阨爾尼諾/拉尼娜事件年對新疆各地區降水、氣溫影響不同,阨爾尼諾年塔城、阿勒泰北部、巴州北部、南疆西部喀什至和田一帶增濕明顯,阿勒泰東部、哈密北部升溫作用顯著.

Based on statistics of El Nino/La Nina events and the climate data in historical documents in the recent 54 years, the characteristics of climate change since 1961 in Xinjiang Province were analyzed.The results showed that the annual precipita-tion and temperature was increasing, El Nino events was stronger than/La Nina events.El Nino/La Nina events and annual pre-cipitation were uncorrelated, extreme precipitation events increases during stronger El Nino years.Annual mean temperature in Xinjiang Province was increasing in El Nino events years, and decreasing in/La Nina events years.El Nino/La Nina events years has different influence in each region of Xinjiang Province.During El Nino years, precipitation increasing significantly in Tacheng, north of Altai, north of Baizhou, Kashi-Hetian, East of Altai, north of Hami area.Temperatures in the east of Altai, north of Hami area rise obviously.
