针对王行庄煤矿二1煤层有无瓦斯突出问题，依据煤与瓦斯突出的相关理论及其影响因素，建立突出危险性评价指标体系，应用模糊层次理论对所建立因素集进行多级评价，详细分析各个指标的确定，构造判断矩阵及相对权重，通过Matlab软件计算特征值，进行层次单排序和层次总排序及一致性检验，找出最危险指标确定其突出危险性，为煤矿开采中瓦斯治理提出可行性建议和措施，对辨识瓦斯事故危险源进行安全现状评价提供合理途径。

In view of the gas outburst problems of the Wangxingzhuang coal mine 21 coal,based on the coal and gas outburst theory and its related factors, the establishment of a prominent risk evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation method were evaluated, the evaluation results were quantified. It is to put forward feasible suggestions for gas control in coal mining and measures, comprehensive evaluation about the present situation of gas accident hazard for security provide a reasonable way.
