为了探究与把握《纺织高校基础科学学报》的未来发展趋势，采用SWOT分析法对《纺织高校基础科学学报》的优势、劣势及其在发展中所面临的机遇与挑战进行剖析，讨论期刊的未来发展方向及具体应对措施。提出应找准期刊定位，把握好期刊办刊方向，创办特色期刊。加强作者、审稿专家、编辑人员三位一体的学术期刊队伍建设，遵循学术规范、同行评议等机制，建立并强化编委会职能，扩大审稿专家队伍，逐步完善期刊数字化平台建设，不断提升期刊学术影响力，实现期刊的可持续发展。

In order to explore and grasp the future development trend of Basic Sciences Journal of Textile Universities,the paper,using SWOT analysis,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the journal,and its opportunities and challen-ges in future development. Then the journal’s development direction and specific measures were discussed. Meanwhile,a series of suggestions were also provided,such as strengthening the team construction of authors,reviewers and editors,fol-lowing the academic norms and peer review mechanism,establishing and strengthening the editorial board functions,expan-ding reviewers team,gradually constructing the periodical digital platform and improving journal academic influence so as to realize the sustainable development of the journal.
