针对淮北青东煤矿突出煤层群上保护层开采过程中下覆被保护厚煤层综放工作面采空区自然发火防治问题,理论分析了下覆被保护厚煤层综放工作面采空区漏风特征,在828工作面沿采空区两顺槽布点,对采空区温度及多组气体浓度进行测定,确定该工作面采空区自燃“三带”的范围,根据测试结果分析了推进速度、注氮工艺对采空区自然发火规律的影响,为防治该类条件下煤炭自燃提供科学依据,保证了工作面的安全回采。

Due to possible spontaneous combustion hazard during coal exploitation process, performed a series of experiments in Qingdong colliery. To be more specific, identified the air leakage pattern of mined-out areas. And built up 4 measure station along the tunnels of No. 825 Working Face to monitor the temperature and gas concentration of mined-out areas. After analyzing relevant data, we figured out the best exploitation speed and how nitrogen injection affects coal spontaneous combustion in mined-out areas. Finally, concluded the best parameters for main fire-fighting technologies in working face to ensure a safe exploitation process.
