目的:探讨结构式心理干预对脑卒中患者应对方式的作用。方法选择神经内科120例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的护理基础上给予结构式心理干预,干预4 W后,评价并比较两组患者的应对方式。结果干预后观察组积极应对方式得分高于对照组,消极应对方式得分低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论结构式心理干预能改善脑卒中患者的应对方式,促进康复。

목적:탐토결구식심리간예대뇌졸중환자응대방식적작용。방법선택신경내과120례환자작위연구대상,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,각60례,대조조채용상규호리,관찰조재대조조적호리기출상급여결구식심리간예,간예4 W후,평개병비교량조환자적응대방식。결과간예후관찰조적겁응대방식득분고우대조조,소겁응대방식득분저우대조조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론결구식심리간예능개선뇌졸중환자적응대방식,촉진강복。
Objective To explore the effects of structural psychological intervention on the coping style of patientswith cerebral stroke.Methods Selected 120 patients of department ofneurology were randomly divided into the observation group andthe control group, each group had 60 cases,the control group weregivenconventional nursing,the observation group weregivenconventional nursing plusstructural psychological intervention,then coping style effectsof the two group on patients were observed and compared after four weeks. Results The patients with cerebral strokepositive coping score was higher, while the observation groupnegative coping score was lowerthan the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Structural psychological intervention could improve the coping style of patientswith cerebral stroke and promote early recovery of patients.
