目的：分析舒适护理对老年慢阻肺患者的影响。方法搜集2014年6月～2015年6月我院接收的老年慢阻肺患者67例患者，按照不同护理方法分为对照组与实验组。给予对照组（32例）常规护理，给予实验组（35例）舒适护理。观察并对比对照组与实验组的护理效果。结果实验组病情恢复优于对照组，实验组护理效果优于对照组，病情护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理对老年慢阻肺患者的作用显著，满意度较高。

목적：분석서괄호리대노년만조폐환자적영향。방법수집2014년6월～2015년6월아원접수적노년만조폐환자67례환자，안조불동호리방법분위대조조여실험조。급여대조조（32례）상규호리，급여실험조（35례）서괄호리。관찰병대비대조조여실험조적호리효과。결과실험조병정회복우우대조조，실험조호리효과우우대조조，병정호리만의도고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론서괄호리대노년만조폐환자적작용현저，만의도교고。
Objective To analysis the inlfuence of comfort care for elderly COPD patients.Methods Selected 67 elderly COPD patients from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, according to the different methods of care were divided into the control group and the experimental group. A control group of 32 patients given usual care, given the experimental group of 35 patients comfort care. Nursing effect was observed and compared with the control group the experimental group.Results The patients in the experimental group to restore the condition better than the control group, the experimental group patient care better than the control group, the disease was higher satisfaction with care,P<0.05, had difference staitstically signiifcance.Conclusion The role of comfort care for elderly COPD patients was higher satisfaction.
