目的：探究小儿急性哮喘护理中舒适护理服务的应用价值。方法选取2014年5月～2015年5月于我院就诊的急性哮喘患儿68例，采用随机数字表法将患儿分成两组，各34例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理，对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果在住院时间、治疗依从性及护理满意度的对比中，观察组结果均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对急性哮喘患儿实施舒适护理具有显著的临床效果。
목적：탐구소인급성효천호리중서괄호리복무적응용개치。방법선취2014년5월～2015년5월우아원취진적급성효천환인68례，채용수궤수자표법장환인분성량조，각34례。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시서괄호리，대비량조환인적호리효과。결과재주원시간、치료의종성급호리만의도적대비중，관찰조결과균우우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론대급성효천환인실시서괄호리구유현저적림상효과。
Objective To explore children with acute asthma care comfort care services value for reference.Methods Selected 68 cases with acute asthma from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, random number table were divided into two groups, each group had 34 cases, the control group adopt the routine treatment, the observation group adopt the comfort care, compared two groups of children in care benefits.Results In length of hospital stay, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction contrast, the results of the observation group were better than children in the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Acute asthmatic implementation comfort care had good clinical effects.
