目的：探讨护理干预对纤维支气管镜检查患者的影响。方法选取130例进行纤维支气管镜检查患者，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组65例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施护理干预，观察两组患者的并发症发生率和满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率为4.62%，对照组并发症发生率为16.92%，观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组满意度为92.31%，对照组满意度为81.54%，观察组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在对患者进行纤维支气管镜的检查过程中，实施护理干预，能够有效的缓解患者的不良情绪，减少并发症的发生，提高满意度。
목적：탐토호리간예대섬유지기관경검사환자적영향。방법선취130례진행섬유지기관경검사환자，장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조65례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조실시호리간예，관찰량조환자적병발증발생솔화만의도。결과관찰조병발증발생솔위4.62%，대조조병발증발생솔위16.92%，관찰조병발증발생솔저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。관찰조만의도위92.31%，대조조만의도위81.54%，관찰조만의도고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론재대환자진행섬유지기관경적검사과정중，실시호리간예，능구유효적완해환자적불량정서，감소병발증적발생，제고만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.MethodsSelected 130 cases of patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 65 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group were nursed specially by a special nurse. The complications of ifberoptic bronchoscopy and patients’ satisfaction of each group was observed. ResultsThe incidence rate of complication with ifberoptic bronchoscopy of the observation group was 4.62%, the control group was 16.92%, the incidence rate of complication with fiberoptic bronchoscopy of the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.31%, the satisfaction rate of the control group was 81.54%, the patients’ satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion During the course of examination of ifberoptic bronchoscopy on patients, the nursing intervention by a special nurse, can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the patients’ satisfaction.
