目的：探讨临终关怀在晚期肿瘤患者中的临床护理效果。方法选取2013年12月～2015年5月本社区收治的50例晚期肿瘤患者，随机分成两组，各25例。其中对照组进行常规护理，护理组在常规护理的基础上进行临终关怀。对两组患者的生活质量、死亡率等指标进行比较，分析患者的临床护理效果。结果两组患者在实施护理后，整体生活质量有了提高，对两组患者进行生活质量评分量表可以得出，护理组患者整体生活质量为（76.33±4.34）分，对照组护理前整体生活质量为（66.32±4.12）分；护理组生活质量高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。并且护理组抢救成功率为100.0%，对照组抢救成功率为50.0%；护理组死亡率为0.0%，对照组死亡率为20.0%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论临终关怀在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用能有效地缓解和控制临床症状，提高生活质量及抢救成功率，降低死亡率。

목적：탐토림종관부재만기종류환자중적림상호리효과。방법선취2013년12월～2015년5월본사구수치적50례만기종류환자，수궤분성량조，각25례。기중대조조진행상규호리，호리조재상규호리적기출상진행림종관부。대량조환자적생활질량、사망솔등지표진행비교，분석환자적림상호리효과。결과량조환자재실시호리후，정체생활질량유료제고，대량조환자진행생활질량평분량표가이득출，호리조환자정체생활질량위（76.33±4.34）분，대조조호리전정체생활질량위（66.32±4.12）분；호리조생활질량고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。병차호리조창구성공솔위100.0%，대조조창구성공솔위50.0%；호리조사망솔위0.0%，대조조사망솔위20.0%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론림종관부재만기종류환자중적응용능유효지완해화공제림상증상，제고생활질량급창구성공솔，강저사망솔。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of hospice care in patients with advanced cancer.Methods Selected 50 patients with advanced cancer from to December 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the nursing group was treated with routine nursing care. The quality of life, mortality and other indicators of the two groups were compared, and the clinical nursing effect of patients were analyzed.Results Two groups of patients in the implementation of care, the overall quality of life has improved, the two groups of patients with quality of life score can be drawn, the overall quality of life in the nursing group was (76.33±4.34) scores, the overall quality of life in the control group (66.32±4.12) scores, the quality of life in patients with care was higher than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The success rate of nursing group was 100%, while the control group was 50%, the mortality rate was 0%, the mortality of the control group was 20%,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionHospice care in patients with advanced cancer can effectively relieve and control the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and rescue success rate, reduce mortality.
