为提高煤矿坚硬岩石巷道的掘进速度,对钻孔直径和炮泥配比进行了优化,并计算了炮孔的填塞长度。现场试验结果表明:爆破参数优化后,循环进度提高约0.2~0.3 m,平均掘进速度提高7m/月,还降低了爆破后一氧化碳和粉尘浓度,改善了井下的职业卫生条件并降低了材料成本。
為提高煤礦堅硬巖石巷道的掘進速度,對鑽孔直徑和砲泥配比進行瞭優化,併計算瞭砲孔的填塞長度。現場試驗結果錶明:爆破參數優化後,循環進度提高約0.2~0.3 m,平均掘進速度提高7m/月,還降低瞭爆破後一氧化碳和粉塵濃度,改善瞭井下的職業衛生條件併降低瞭材料成本。

In order to enhance the excavation velocity of hard rock drift in coal mine, the drill diameter and stemming mixing ratio were optimized. The stemming length of blast hole was also calculated. The site experiment results show that after the optimizing of blasting parameters, the cycle footage is enhanced by 0.2~0.3 m and the average footage was enhanced by 7 m per month ,also decreased the density of carbon monoxide and dust so as to improve the occupational health conditions,the stemming material cost is also decreased.
