从钻孔轨迹、地质因素及水泥浆置换3个方面,结合施工过程中收集的具体资料,对内蒙古白家海子矿井中央进风井冻结管下放困难的问题进行了深入探讨。结果表明:定向拐点、钻孔方位角、地层产状和岩性以及水泥浆液对沉管困难均有影响,然而其主控影响机制为670~690 m层位的泥岩遇水膨胀致使钻孔缩径。

Has carried a deep discussion about which factors lead to the problem that the difficulty on sinking of the frozing pipe in Baijiahaizi coal mine of Inner Mongolia from the trajectory of borehole, the geological factors and the replacement of slurry. The result shows that the directional inflection point, the drilling azimuth, the attitude of stratum and properties of rock and cement grout all have an influence on sinking of frozing pipe of course, the main controling effect mechanism is that the mudstone of 670~690 meters react with water and lead to reduce the diameter of borehole.
