目的：对整体护理应用于小儿哮喘中的效果进行分析探讨。方法选取2013年12月～2015年8月我院收治的小儿哮喘61例，将患儿随机分为常规护理组（28例）和整体护理组（33例），观察两组患者的护理措施的效果并进行比较。结果整体护理组的治疗依从率和护理满意度分别为90.9%和93.9%，高于常规护理组的71.4%和78.6%；同时整体护理组每天哮喘发作次数少于常规护理组，呼气峰流速值高于常规护理组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论整体护理应用于小儿哮喘中的效果确切，能够使患儿治疗依从性提高，对提高生活质量和预后效果具有重要作用。

목적：대정체호리응용우소인효천중적효과진행분석탐토。방법선취2013년12월～2015년8월아원수치적소인효천61례，장환인수궤분위상규호리조（28례）화정체호리조（33례），관찰량조환자적호리조시적효과병진행비교。결과정체호리조적치료의종솔화호리만의도분별위90.9%화93.9%，고우상규호리조적71.4%화78.6%；동시정체호리조매천효천발작차수소우상규호리조，호기봉류속치고우상규호리조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론정체호리응용우소인효천중적효과학절，능구사환인치료의종성제고，대제고생활질량화예후효과구유중요작용。
Objective To explore and analysis the effect of overall care of asthma in children.Methods Selected 61 cases with asthma from December 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the routine care group (28 cases) and the overall care group (33 cases) were observed over two nursing the effect of the measures and comparisons.Results The overall children's care group treatment adherence and satisfaction with care were 90.9% and 93.9%, higher than the usual care group of 71.4% and 78.6%, number of asthma attacks per day while children were less than the overall care usual care group, peak expiratory lfow values were higher than the usual care group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. ConclusionThe overall nursing in the pediatric asthma in the exact effect, children can be improved treatment compliance,and play an important role in improve quality of life and prognosis.
