目的:研究无痛护理技术应用于手术室护理工作中发挥的作用,评价其在提高手术室护理质量方面的应用价值。方法选择92例住院患者,平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规临床护理,观察组实施无痛护理。结果观察组患者接受手术治疗后的心率为(76.8±4.9)次/min,收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率比对照组低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针对手术室护理工作,选择无痛护理技术能够改善心率、收缩压以及舒张压等临床护理指标,减少不良反应发生情况,提高手术室护理质量。

Objective To study the painless nursing technique is applied to the operating room nursing role, evaluate its application value in improving the operating room nursing quality.Methods Selected 92 cases of hospitalized patients, were divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group adopt routine clinical care, the observation group adopt hte painless nursing.Results The observation group of patients after surgical treatment of heart rate was (76.8±4.9), systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. The observation group the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion According to the operating room nursing work, choose painless nursing technology can improve the patients' heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure index of clinical nursing, reduce the adverse reaction of patients with what is happening and improve the quality of the operating room nursing.
