目的：探讨注射用胰激肽原酶联合芪明颗粒在治疗早期糖尿病肾病中的效果。方法随机选取2013年1月～2014年4月我院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者65例作为研究对象，随机分为怡开治疗组和联合治疗组。治疗14 d后，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗前后的变化，并进行分析。结果与怡开治疗组比较，联合治疗组在治疗后患者的尿微量白蛋白的变化更为明显。结论注射用胰激肽原酶联合芪明颗粒在治疗早期糖尿病肾病中，可以有效提高临床疗效。
목적：탐토주사용이격태원매연합기명과립재치료조기당뇨병신병중적효과。방법수궤선취2013년1월～2014년4월아원수치적조기당뇨병신병환자65례작위연구대상，수궤분위이개치료조화연합치료조。치료14 d후，비교량조환자적림상치료효과화치료전후적변화，병진행분석。결과여이개치료조비교，연합치료조재치료후환자적뇨미량백단백적변화경위명현。결론주사용이격태원매연합기명과립재치료조기당뇨병신병중，가이유효제고림상료효。
Objective To exploer the effect of kallidinogenase injection combine with qiming particle in treatment of early phase diabetic nephropathy.MethodsSelected 65 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients from January 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into the diet therapy group and the combined treatment group. 14 days after treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical treatment effect and the change of the before and after treatment, and analyzed.Results Compared with grace open treatment group, combined treatment group after treatment in patients with the change of the urine trace albumin was more apparent.Conclusion Kallidinogenase injection combine with qiming particle in treatment of early phase diabetic nephropathy has certain clinical value, can effectively improve the patient's clinical curative effect.
