目的：探讨高强度聚焦超声消融治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的护理效果。方法围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者86例，均行高强度聚焦超声消融治疗，随机分两组，各43例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施护理干预。结果两组Kupperman评分、SAS评分、SDS评分降低，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组Kupperman评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、不良反应发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，观察组患者满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论高强度聚焦超声消融治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤时，护理干预可改善心理状况，提高治疗效果。
목적：탐토고강도취초초성소융치료위절경기자궁기류적호리효과。방법위절경기자궁기류환자86례，균행고강도취초초성소융치료，수궤분량조，각43례。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시호리간예。결과량조Kupperman평분、SAS평분、SDS평분강저，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。관찰조Kupperman평분、SAS평분、SDS평분、불량반응발생솔저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의，관찰조환자만의도고우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론고강도취초초성소융치료위절경기자궁기류시，호리간예가개선심리상황，제고치료효과。
Objective To investigatenursing effect of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in treatment of peri menopausal uterine fibroids. Methods Selected 86 patiens with peri-menopausal uterine ifbroids treated high intensity focused ultrasound ablation,were randomlydivided into two groups, each group had 43 cases.The control group treated conventional nursing, the observation group treated nursing intervention. Nursing effect was compared between two groups.ResultsThe Kupperman score, SAS score, SDS score decreased in two groups,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Kupperman score, SAS score, SDS score, adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Patients' satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionAs high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in treatment of peri-menopausal uterine fibroids,nursing intervention can improve psychological condition and treatment effect.
