目的：探讨桃红四物汤加减治疗骨科局部带蒂转位皮瓣术后肿胀的效果。方法将骨科局部带蒂转位皮瓣术后肿胀患者46例随机分为两组，各23例。对照组采用甘露醇治疗，观察组联用桃红四物汤加减治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组VAS评分低于对照组，疼痛缓解时间、肿胀消退时间均早于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论桃红四物汤加减治疗骨科局部带蒂转位皮瓣术后肿胀效果显著。
목적：탐토도홍사물탕가감치료골과국부대체전위피판술후종창적효과。방법장골과국부대체전위피판술후종창환자46례수궤분위량조，각23례。대조조채용감로순치료，관찰조련용도홍사물탕가감치료，비교량조치료효과。결과관찰조VAS평분저우대조조，동통완해시간、종창소퇴시간균조우대조조，치료총유효솔고우대조조， P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론도홍사물탕가감치료골과국부대체전위피판술후종창효과현저。
Objective To investigate the effect of peach tonga subtraction in treatment of local transfer skin lfap postoperative swelling in orthopedics. Methods Selected 46 patients with local transfer skin lfap postoperative swelling in orthopedics were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 23 cases. The control group treated mannitol, the observation group combined with peach tonga subtraction, compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results VAS score in observation group was lower than control group, pain relief time, swelling relief time in observation group were earlier than control group, total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Taohong siwutang jiajian has good effect in treatment of local transfer skin flap postoperative swelling in orthopedics.
