目的：探讨补益气血通络下乳方治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法选取我院妇产科2014年1月～2015年6月收治的42例产后缺乳患者，采用自拟补益气血通络下乳方予以治疗，观察患者治疗效果。结果治愈25例，显效9例，有效7例，无效1例，总有效率为97.6%。治疗前后泌乳量进行统计比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论给予产后缺乳患者补益气血通络下乳方，能够增加泌乳量，疗效确切。

목적：탐토보익기혈통락하유방치료산후결유적림상료효。방법선취아원부산과2014년1월～2015년6월수치적42례산후결유환자，채용자의보익기혈통락하유방여이치료，관찰환자치료효과。결과치유25례，현효9례，유효7례，무효1례，총유효솔위97.6%。치료전후비유량진행통계비교，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론급여산후결유환자보익기혈통락하유방，능구증가비유량，료효학절。
Objective To study the benefit under the blood know luo fang treatment the clinical curative effect of postpartum hypogalactia.Methods Selected 42 patients with postpartum hypogalactia from January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology department, used the invigorationg qi and blood dredging collaterals were treated, the treatment effects were observed.Results 25 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.6%. Lactation quantity statistical comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionPatients with postpartum hypogalactia tonic milk under the blood know luo, can increase the amount of lactation, curative effect and is worth popularizing in clinical.
