目的观察温肺化痰清热汤对肺心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选取135例肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组68例和对照组67例，两组患者均给予常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用温肺化痰清热汤每日1剂，分2次口服，疗程为15 d。结果观察两组心功能（NYHA分级）、NT-proBNP测定，观察组与对照组比较， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论温肺化痰清热汤是治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭有效方剂。
목적관찰온폐화담청열탕대폐심병심력쇠갈환자심공능적영향。방법선취135례폐심병심력쇠갈환자수궤분위관찰조68례화대조조67례，량조환자균급여상규치료。관찰조재상규치료적기출상가용온폐화담청열탕매일1제，분2차구복，료정위15 d。결과관찰량조심공능（NYHA분급）、NT-proBNP측정，관찰조여대조조비교， P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론온폐화담청열탕시치료만성폐심병심력쇠갈유효방제。
Objective To explore theeffect of wenfeihuatan decoction on heart function in patients with heart failure caused by pulmonary heart disease.Methods Selected135 cases of heart failure patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group had 67 casesand control group had 68 cases. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment. On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with wenfeihuatan decoction 1 doses of, and the treatment was 15 days.Results Two groups of cardiac function (NYHA grade) and NT-proBNP were observed, and the observation group and control group werecompared,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Wenfeihuatan decoction is effective in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.
