Homemade qingyitang%Medicine%Acute severe pancreatitis
目的：分析自制清胰汤与西药联合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将重症胰腺炎患者54例分为观察组（西药联合自制清胰汤治疗）与对照组（常规西药治疗）。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，腹痛消失时间、白细胞恢复正常时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及平均住院时间等低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论自制清胰汤与西药联合治疗急性重症胰腺炎效果显著。

목적：분석자제청이탕여서약연합치료급성중증이선염적림상료효。방법장중증이선염환자54례분위관찰조（서약연합자제청이탕치료）여대조조（상규서약치료）。결과관찰조총유효솔고우대조조，복통소실시간、백세포회복정상시간、혈정분매회복정상시간급평균주원시간등저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론자제청이탕여서약연합치료급성중증이선염효과현저。
Objective Analysis the clinical effect of homemade qingyitang and western treatment of acute severe pancreatitis.MethodsSelected 54 patients with severe pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (Western United homemade qingyitang therapy) and the control group (conventional western medicine).ResultsThe total effective rate was higher, abdominal pain time, white blood cells return to normal time, blood amylase returned to normal and the average hospital stay were lower than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. ConclusionHomemade qingyitang combine with western medicine in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis has good effect.
