目的:研究配戴角膜塑形镜对青少年结膜囊菌群的影响,以及角膜塑形镜存储盒带菌情况。方法实验研究。分别对101名配戴角膜塑形镜(配戴组)和110名未配戴角膜塑形镜青少年(对照组)进行结膜囊细菌培养,并对158个角膜塑形镜存储盒进行细菌培养。所有标本置于37℃恒温箱中培养48 h后统计培养阳性率。数据比较采用卡方检验。结果对照组结膜囊培养菌株68株,阳性率为30.9%;配戴组结膜囊培养菌株59株,阳性率为29.4%;2组结膜囊细菌培养阳性率差异无统计学意义(字2=0.12,P>0.05)。角膜塑形镜存储盒细菌培养菌株72株,阳性率为45.6%。2组研究对象结膜囊和镜盒菌群培养阳性率首位均为表皮葡萄球菌。结论配戴角膜塑形镜不会提高青少年结膜囊带菌率,镜片及镜盒的清洁可降低镜片污染率。

목적:연구배대각막소형경대청소년결막낭균군적영향,이급각막소형경존저합대균정황。방법실험연구。분별대101명배대각막소형경(배대조)화110명미배대각막소형경청소년(대조조)진행결막낭세균배양,병대158개각막소형경존저합진행세균배양。소유표본치우37℃항온상중배양48 h후통계배양양성솔。수거비교채용잡방검험。결과대조조결막낭배양균주68주,양성솔위30.9%;배대조결막낭배양균주59주,양성솔위29.4%;2조결막낭세균배양양성솔차이무통계학의의(자2=0.12,P>0.05)。각막소형경존저합세균배양균주72주,양성솔위45.6%。2조연구대상결막낭화경합균군배양양성솔수위균위표피포도구균。결론배대각막소형경불회제고청소년결막낭대균솔,경편급경합적청길가강저경편오염솔。
Objective To investigate the status of bacterial flora in the conjunctival sac of adolescents wearing orthokeratology lenses and in their storage cases. Methods One hundred and one adolescents wearing orthokeratology lenses (wearing group) and 110 adolescents who do not wear the lenses (control group) were included in the survey. There were 158 storage cases joined in the test. Samples collected from the conjunctival sacs and storage cases were cultured at 37 ℃ for 48 h. Results Fifty-nine strains of bacteria were cultured in the wearing group , with a positive rate of 29.4%. In the control group, 68 strains were found, and the positive rate was 30.9%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=0.12, P>0.05). Seventy-two strains of bacteria were cultured in the orthokeratology lens storage cases , with a positive rate of 45.6%. Staphylococcus epidermidis was the most prevalent bacteria in the bacterial flora and storage cases of the two groups. Conclusion Wearing orthokeratology lenses does not significantly increase the positive rate of bacterial flora. At the same time, cleaning lenses and cases is effective in reducing the rate of lens pollution.
