虽然贪官们“两面人生”的具体表现形态各异，但可分为贪腐前后的“阶段性两面性”和贪腐过程中的“阴阳两面性”两种基本形态。而作为与廉洁文化相悖却并行的“腐败亚文化”，既是造成“一些领域消极腐败现象易发多发”的重要政治生态因素之一，也是“‘四风’面上有所好转，但树倒根在”的重要文化根源，还是培植贪官们“两面人生”的重要文化土壤。因此，腐败亚文化背景下的廉政文化之路在坚持走系统化治理道路、综合施策的过程中，应大力加强廉政文化精神和廉政价值观的宣传教育，肃清腐败亚文化的影响，铲除形成腐败的文化土壤。

The specific manifestations of the corrupt officials’dual characters have different forms, but they have two basic forms. One is in different stages, another is opposite performance in the process of corruption. As in contrast to clean govern-ment culture but popular at the same time, corruption subculture is not only the political ecological factors that caused corrup-tion in some areas, but also the cultural roots leading to Four Problems of the Mood, which seems to be improving on the sur-face, but it’s root is still alive, even providing important cultural soil for corrupt officials’ dual characters. Therefore, when building the road of clean government culture under the background of corruption subculture, we should adhere to the road of systematic governance and implementation of comprehensive policies, paying special attention to strengthening the education and cultivation of spirits and values of clean government culture, and to highlighting the elimination to corruption subculture. As long as the cultural soil of corruption exists, corruption is inevitable.
