小微企业对经济发展贡献突出，但其生存却一直面临挑战。文章以竞赛理论为基础，主要考察阻碍小微企业发展的两大“后向”因素———融资困难和人才匮乏的产生机理。构建不同规模间的融资竞赛和人才竞赛分析框架得出，小微企业较大中型企业融资成本高的产生原因是市场信用体系不健全与信息不对称；人才匮乏的主要产生原因是吸纳人才积极性不高。

The Small-micro Enterprise are making outstanding contribution to economic development. but its survival has been facing challenges. Based on the Contest theory, this paper mainly analysis the formation mechanism of two mainly“backward” hinder factor:capital and talents,which hav-ing been met by the Small-micro Enterprise. Through constructing an analytical framework of financing and talent competition, its conclude that it is the defect of market credit system and information lead to the Small-micro Enterprise pay more cost than the Large and Medium-sized Enterprise; Mean-while, the main reason of Small-micro Enterprise lack of talent is the lack of initiative.
