目的:比较应用标准健康教育流程与传统健康教育模式对支气管肺炎患儿的治疗依从性、住院天数、住院费用及满意度的影响。方法:选取宣城市人民医院儿科收治住院的60例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组30例。分别采取支气管肺炎临床护理路径制定的标准健康教育流程和传统健康教育方式进行健康教育,对比分析两组效果。结果:应用标准流程对患者进行健康教育后,治疗依从性明显提高,满意度提升明显,两组患者住院日与住院费用无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:标准流程的健康教育有利于护士系统、规范的宣教疾病相关知识,提高患儿家长对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,提升患方对医护工作的满意度及治疗的依从性。

목적:비교응용표준건강교육류정여전통건강교육모식대지기관폐염환인적치료의종성、주원천수、주원비용급만의도적영향。방법:선취선성시인민의원인과수치주원적60례지기관폐염환인,수궤분성실험조화대조조,매조30례。분별채취지기관폐염림상호리로경제정적표준건강교육류정화전통건강교육방식진행건강교육,대비분석량조효과。결과:응용표준류정대환자진행건강교육후,치료의종성명현제고,만의도제승명현,량조환자주원일여주원비용무현저차이(P>0.05)。결론:표준류정적건강교육유리우호사계통、규범적선교질병상관지식,제고환인가장대질병상관지식적장악정도,제승환방대의호공작적만의도급치료적의종성。
Objective:Compare the impact of standard health education process and traditional health education model to children patient's treatment compliance, hospital days, hospitalization expenses and degree of satisfaction. Methods: 60 children patients with bronchial pneumonia, who were in paediatrics department of Xuancheng City people hospital, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The health education based on the standard health education formulated from clinical nursing path were carried out in experimental group, and the traditional health education were carried out in control group, analyzed the results of two different health education. Results: The treatment compliance and the satisfaction degree of children patients were significantly improved after standard procedure health education, the hospital days and hospitalization expenses had no significant difference in two groups( P>0.05 ). Conclusion:Standard process of health education has positive effects for nurses to educate the disease related knowledge systematically and standardly, it could help the parents understand the disease-related knowledge better, and improve the treatment compliance and the satisfaction degree to the hospital, it is worth promoting in clinic.
