目的：探究低分子肝素钠联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗反复性流产的临床效果。方法选取反复性流产患者100例，随机分为两组，对照组给予小剂量阿司匹林治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上联合低分子肝素钠治疗。对比两组反复性流产患者治疗的效果。结果实验组在分娩孕周、流产率以及足月生产率方面与对照组相比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组反复性流产患者不良反应情况相比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论给予反复性流产患者低分子肝素钠与小剂量阿司匹林联合治疗，可以取得较好的效果，提高患者的妊娠成功率，改善患者生活质量。
목적：탐구저분자간소납연합소제량아사필림치료반복성유산적림상효과。방법선취반복성유산환자100례，수궤분위량조，대조조급여소제량아사필림치료，실험조재대조조적기출상연합저분자간소납치료。대비량조반복성유산환자치료적효과。결과실험조재분면잉주、유산솔이급족월생산솔방면여대조조상비，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。량조반복성유산환자불량반응정황상비，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론급여반복성유산환자저분자간소납여소제량아사필림연합치료，가이취득교호적효과，제고환자적임신성공솔，개선환자생활질량。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of low molecular heparin in combine with small dose of aspirin in treatment of repetitive abortion.MethodsSelected repetitive abortion patients 100 cases, randomlydivided into two groups, the control groupgiven low-dose aspirin therapy, the observation group on the basis of the experimental group in the control group with low molecular heparin therapy. Comparedwith the effectstreatment of two groups repetitive abortion patients.Results The experimental group in gestational age, the abortion rate and delivery term productivity compared with control group ,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.compared to patients with a total adverse situation, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.ConclusionRepetitive abortion patients' low molecular heparin sodium and combination treatment with low-dose aspirin, can obtain good effect, improve the success rate of patients with pregnancy and the patient's quality of life.
