小学初任教师缺乏教学经验,面临着教育理论知识与实践脱节等问题,如何帮助他们更好的适应教师这一角色,关乎教育事业发展、教师专业发展和学生长远发展. 本研究选取了一位小学初任教师为研究对象,通过访谈、观察等质性研究方法,对发生于她初为人师、慢慢适应到成熟的大量事件进行了描述,力求探讨小学初任教师在角色适应中出现的问题和小学初任教师的发展,并提出相应的建议和对策.

Beginning teachers of primary school are short of teaching experiences and faced with the theoret-ical knowledge divorced from the practical ability and so on. So how to help them to better adapt to the role of teachers in primary school an issue linked with the development of education, the professional development of teachers and students in the long run. The paper selects one primary beginning teacher as the object of the study, has a description of a number of events which occurred during the process of her growing from a beginning teach-er to a mature one in the role of teacher through interviews, observation and other qualitative research methods and seeks to explore the problems appeared in the role adaptation, and the development of primary school begin-ning teachers and so on. And finally the article puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermea-sures.
