胰管结石是一种比较少见的胰腺良性疾病。近年来，随着影像学技术的普及，胰管结石检出率有所增加。其多与慢性胰腺炎伴行，可导致胰腺的内外分泌功能障碍，甚至诱发胰腺癌变。故一旦确诊，需尽早治疗。本文就近年来针对该疾病的发病原因及治疗方式的研究进展作一综述，以期为临床实践提供参考。

Pancreatolithiasis is a rare benign pancreatic disease. In recent years, the detection rate increases with the popularization of imaging technology. Most patients with pancreatolithiasis also have chronic pancreatitis at the same time, which can lead to internal and external secretion disorder and even induce pancreatic cancer. Thus, it should be treated timely once diagnosed. This article reviews the research achievements about the pathogenesis and treatment in recent years, in order to providereference for clinical practice.
