目的:观察饮食指导及营养知识健康教育在胃癌患者中的效果。方法:采用自行设计的调查表对90例胃癌患者进行饮食行为及营养知识调查,根据结果采取相应的健康教育,出院前再次发放调查表,比较健康教育前后的差异性。结果胃癌患者日常饮食结构不合理,基本营养知识欠缺。教育前后各项知识比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌患者饮食结构不合理。责任护士应加强基本营养知识宣教,尊重患者禁食中医所说“发物”的同时,遵循同类食物互换原则,指导其食用经济实惠的非发物类食物,使饮食结构达到均衡,以降低因忌口引起的营养不良发生率。

목적:관찰음식지도급영양지식건강교육재위암환자중적효과。방법:채용자행설계적조사표대90례위암환자진행음식행위급영양지식조사,근거결과채취상응적건강교육,출원전재차발방조사표,비교건강교육전후적차이성。결과위암환자일상음식결구불합리,기본영양지식흠결。교육전후각항지식비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:위암환자음식결구불합리。책임호사응가강기본영양지식선교,존중환자금식중의소설“발물”적동시,준순동류식물호환원칙,지도기식용경제실혜적비발물류식물,사음식결구체도균형,이강저인기구인기적영양불량발생솔。
Objective:To observe the effect of dietary guidance and nutrition knowledge on health education in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:dietary behaviors and nutritional knowledge of 90 cases of patients with gastric cancer were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire.Corresponding health education was given accordingly and questionnaires were issued before being discharged, and the differences were compared before and after education. Results:the daily dietary structure of gastric cancer patients is unreasonable, the basic nutritional knowledge is deficient. The comparison of the education before and after knowledge of P<0.01, has a statistical difference. Conclusion:the dietary structure of gastric cancer patients is not reasonable. Nurses should strengthen basic nutrition knowledge education, respect the patients fasting the so-called stimulating food according to traditional Chinese medicine, follow similar food exchange principle, eat non volatiles food, and abide by diet structure equilibrium, thereby reducing the incidence of malnutrition due to unreasonable diet.
