金融新常态下的互联网金融如何发展近来备受关注。基于金融新常态的新特征与新约束，对未来互联网金融的发展逻辑、风险演变及监管思维进行了系统分析。研究发现，金融新常态必然要求互联网金融为社会微观主体提供更为优质、透明、便捷及个性化的新金融服务。而互联网金融在提高金融运营效率的同时也导致了宏观调控思维的新变化，这些新变化必将反馈及影响到新常态下互联网金融模式的新演变与微创新。金融新常态约束下的互联网金融更需要将信息技术融入其服务手段之中，不断创新商业模式，有效服务实体经济，从而实现自身的智慧式发展与内涵式增长。

Under the financial new normal , the internet financial development has attracted much attention re-cently .This paper which is based on the system background and new constraints of the financial new normal sys -tematically analyzes the internet financial logic of development , the change of risk and the thinking of supervision . The study found that in financial new normal , internet finance will be inevitably required to provide more high -quality, transparent, convenient and personalized new financial services for social microcosmic main body .While internet finance is in improving financial operation efficiency , it has led to the new change of macro -control think-ing, and these changes will feedback and affect the new evolution of the internet financial model and micro innova -tion under the new normal .We believe that , under the restriction of financial new normal internet finance need to integrate information technology into the service means , constantly innovate business model , and effectively serve the real economy , so as to realize its wise development and conscious growth .
