目的：：运用品管圈手法来降低急救中心药房调剂内差的数量，保障患者用药安全。方法：开展品管圈活动，分析造成急救中心药房调剂内差原因，制订相应的对策并实施，同时评估活动效果。结果：通过7个月的品管圈活动，急救中心药房调剂内差件数由原先的50.3件/周下降到18.7件/周，进步率达62.8%，同时也提高了圈员们发现、分析和解决问题的能力。结论：品管圈活动能有效降低急救中心药房药品调配内差件数，以确保患者用药安全，能持续提高急救中心药房药学服务质量。
목적：：운용품관권수법래강저급구중심약방조제내차적수량，보장환자용약안전。방법：개전품관권활동，분석조성급구중심약방조제내차원인，제정상응적대책병실시，동시평고활동효과。결과：통과7개월적품관권활동，급구중심약방조제내차건수유원선적50.3건/주하강도18.7건/주，진보솔체62.8%，동시야제고료권원문발현、분석화해결문제적능력。결론：품관권활동능유효강저급구중심약방약품조배내차건수，이학보환자용약안전，능지속제고급구중심약방약학복무질량。
Obiectives: To reduce the errorsof dispensing drug in mergency center pharmacy and to enture drug safey through quality contor circle activity. Methods:Launched the quality contor circle activity, analysed the reasonsfor the errorsof drug Dispensing, Formulated and carried out corresponding measures ,and assessed the effects of this activity.Results: Seven months after the implementation of QCC, the number of errorsin mergency center pharmacy decreased (50.3 n/w vs 18.7n/w).The Progress ratewas 62.8%. Professional ability and overall quality of pharmacists were all improved. Conclusion: QCC has a good effect, and worthy recommending to reduce the errorsof dispensing drug .
