目的：：探讨美沙拉嗪颗粒剂合并锡类散、地塞米松保留灌肠联合心理护理对老年溃疡性结直肠炎的治疗效果。方法：将60例患者分成治疗组和对照组，其中30例患者作为治疗组给予艾迪莎合并锡类散、地塞米松保留灌肠治疗联合心理护理，另一组30例患者作为对照组单纯给予上述方法灌肠治疗，比较两组的总有效率和临床症状改善时间。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.7%和80%（P<0.05）；治疗组腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便改善时间较对照组明显缩短，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：艾迪莎合并锡类散、地塞米松保留灌肠联合心理护理这种方法对于溃疡性直肠炎的临床治疗效果优于单纯灌肠治疗，心理护理对患者病情改善有益。
목적：：탐토미사랍진과립제합병석류산、지새미송보류관장연합심리호리대노년궤양성결직장염적치료효과。방법：장60례환자분성치료조화대조조，기중30례환자작위치료조급여애적사합병석류산、지새미송보류관장치료연합심리호리，령일조30례환자작위대조조단순급여상술방법관장치료，비교량조적총유효솔화림상증상개선시간。결과：치료조화대조조적총유효솔분별위96.7%화80%（P<0.05）；치료조복통、복사、점액혈편개선시간교대조조명현축단，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：애적사합병석류산、지새미송보류관장연합심리호리저충방법대우궤양성직장염적림상치료효과우우단순관장치료，심리호리대환자병정개선유익。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the mesalazine granules with Xilei powder and dexamethasone retention enema combined with psychological care for the elderly patients with ulcerative rectitis. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were given the mesalazine granules with Xilei powder and dexamethasone retention enema combined psychological nursing, while thepatients in the control group were given enema treatment only. The overall response rate and the clinical symptoms improvement time were compared. Results:The overall response rate in thetreatment group and control group was 96.7%and 80.0%respectively ( P<0.05). The symptoms improvement time including abdominal pain, diarrhea and mucous bloody stool in the treatment group was significantly shortened when compared with that in the control group, Conclusion:Treatment with the mesalazine granules, Xilei powder and dexamethasone retention enema combined with psychological care for the elderly patients with ulcerative rectitis is better than enema treatment only., Psychological nursing is beneficial to the patients with the symptoms improvement.
