为改善40?5 kV开关柜D型母线穿墙套管出现局部绝缘老化、尖端放电问题,提出在穿墙套管内部增加高低电位的屏蔽环进行优化设计。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分别对穿墙套管无屏蔽、穿墙套管有高低电位屏蔽、优化后的穿墙套管高低电位屏蔽3种方案进行系统仿真。仿真结果表明:优化后的穿墙套管内部空气域和外部空气域的电场均低于空气临界击穿场强值,屏蔽效果非常显著。
為改善40?5 kV開關櫃D型母線穿牆套管齣現跼部絕緣老化、尖耑放電問題,提齣在穿牆套管內部增加高低電位的屏蔽環進行優化設計。利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS Workbench分彆對穿牆套管無屏蔽、穿牆套管有高低電位屏蔽、優化後的穿牆套管高低電位屏蔽3種方案進行繫統倣真。倣真結果錶明:優化後的穿牆套管內部空氣域和外部空氣域的電場均低于空氣臨界擊穿場彊值,屏蔽效果非常顯著。
위개선40?5 kV개관거D형모선천장투관출현국부절연노화、첨단방전문제,제출재천장투관내부증가고저전위적병폐배진행우화설계。이용유한원분석연건ANSYS Workbench분별대천장투관무병폐、천장투관유고저전위병폐、우화후적천장투관고저전위병폐3충방안진행계통방진。방진결과표명:우화후적천장투관내부공기역화외부공기역적전장균저우공기림계격천장강치,병폐효과비상현저。
To avoid the partial insulation aging and point discharge of wall bushing of 40?5 kV switchgear of D?Bus design optimization was proposed by increasing shielding ring inside the wall bushing. Simulations by ANSYS Workbench were conducted including unshielded wall bushing high?low potential shielded wall bushing and high?low shielding wall bushing. The result shows that the field strength of the air inside and outside the optimized shielding wall bushing are both lower than the field strength of critical breakdown and the shielding effects are of great significance.
