目的：调查医院紫杉醇注射液应用情况及合理性。方法抽取医院2013年所有使用紫杉醇注射液病历，对紫杉醇注射液的应用情况及合理性进行回顾性统计、分析、评价。结果共抽取182份病历，其分布在胸心外科、胃肠外科、甲状腺乳腺外科、妇科、肿瘤内科。结论妇科、肿瘤内科的紫杉醇使用较为合理，胃肠外科、甲状腺乳腺外科、心胸外科紫杉醇注射液的应用基本合理，但在预处理、药物浓度掌控等方面存在不足，有待改进。
목적：조사의원자삼순주사액응용정황급합이성。방법추취의원2013년소유사용자삼순주사액병력，대자삼순주사액적응용정황급합이성진행회고성통계、분석、평개。결과공추취182빈병력，기분포재흉심외과、위장외과、갑상선유선외과、부과、종류내과。결론부과、종류내과적자삼순사용교위합리，위장외과、갑상선유선외과、심흉외과자삼순주사액적응용기본합리，단재예처리、약물농도장공등방면존재불족，유대개진。
Objective To investigate the application and rationality of the Paclitaxel injection in hospital. Methods Extract all the cases concerning the application of Paclitarel Injection in a hospital in 2003 and make retrospective analysis,cal-culation and evaluation on its application and rationality. Results A total of 182 cases of medical records were collected in the Department of internal medicine,chest and heart surgery,gastrointestinal surgery,surgery,gynecology,and tumor. Conclusion The application of Paclitaxel injection in the treatment of gastrointestinal,thyroid,breast and thoracic surgery is basically rea-sonable,but there is still a shortage in the pretreatment,the concentration of drug,etc. ,need to be improved.
