慢性心衰随着人口老龄化，发病率逐年升高，中药在治疗慢性心衰方面，可以减少西药的明显副作用，还可以保护心肌细胞，改善心功能，但是其作用机制较为复杂。本文综述了中药及复方治疗慢性心衰作用机制的进展，以了解当今的研究现状及未来的发展前景。

With the population aging,the morbidity of chronic heart failure increases year by year.In the treatment of it, Chinese medi-cine not only decrease the adverse functions,but also protect myocardial cells and improve the heart functions.Meanwhile, the mecha-nisms of it is complicated.This paper reviewed researches on the domain, in order to obtain the current situation and prospects.
