目的：探讨血液透析治疗鱼胆中毒致急性肾功能衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法患者入院收治确诊后均给予急性中毒处理，有伴随肝脏损伤的给予保肝治疗，同时尽快给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗；观察患者治疗前后的肾功能指标和中毒至初次血透的时间对肾功能恢复正常的时间、血透次数以及住院天数等的影响。结果患者在接受治疗后肾功能指标较治疗前均有显著好转，差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。患者在出现中毒症状时及时治疗，后期的疗效比较好，不同的中毒治疗时间的2组患者之间的差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论及时的清除患者体内的鱼胆毒性物质，可减轻肾脏的代谢负担，维持患者机体内环境的稳定，减少对其他中毒脏器官的伤害，同时又减轻鱼胆毒性物质对肝脏及神经系统的损害。
목적：탐토혈액투석치료어담중독치급성신공능쇠갈적림상치료효과。방법환자입원수치학진후균급여급성중독처리，유반수간장손상적급여보간치료，동시진쾌급여혈액투석연합혈액관류치료；관찰환자치료전후적신공능지표화중독지초차혈투적시간대신공능회복정상적시간、혈투차수이급주원천수등적영향。결과환자재접수치료후신공능지표교치료전균유현저호전，차이구유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。환자재출현중독증상시급시치료，후기적료효비교호，불동적중독치료시간적2조환자지간적차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론급시적청제환자체내적어담독성물질，가감경신장적대사부담，유지환자궤체내배경적은정，감소대기타중독장기관적상해，동시우감경어담독성물질대간장급신경계통적손해。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of acute renal failure by hemodialysis in the treat-ment of fish bile poisoning. Methods Patients admitted to hospital were treated with acute poisoning treatment,accompanied with given liver treatment of liver injury,at the same time as soon as possible given hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treatment;effect observation of patients with renal function indexes and poisoning to the first hemodialysis time on the recovery of renal function in normal time,and number of days of hospitalization in hemodialysis etc. Results The indexes of renal func-tion in patients with patients after treatment than before treatment were significantly improved,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Patients with timely treatment in poisoning symptoms appear,the late curative effect is better,with statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with different treatment time of poison-ing(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Fish bile toxic substances the timely removal of the patientˊs body,can reduce the metabolic burden of kidney patients,maintain a stable internal environment,to reduce other poisoning dirty organ injury,and alleviate the damage of fish bile toxic substances on the liver and nervous system.
