情感是行动者在人际交往过程中生成的一种心理状态。劳勒的研究表明,行动者多次交换后,由于与对方共同完成任务而产生正向情感,不过该研究没有考虑关系的作用。本文将关系因素纳入交换结构中,探讨二者对交换的引发与影响。根据待分配资源不等、相等、变化以及关系陌生是否,构造了不等权-陌生关系、等权-混合关系、变权-混合关系三种结构,分析行动者的情感。实验证明并发现:(1)陌生人交换时,获得资源多的行动者的正向情感与凝聚感也大。(2)在待分配资源量相同的混合关系结构中,熟人的正向情感与凝聚感并未显著高于陌生人。(3)在混合关系结构下,大学生做被试时,随着熟人间的待分配资源量的减少,交换次数并未明显降低,即被试与高权陌生人的交换频次没有明显增加;但是以在职者做被试时,其与熟人间的交换却随着待分配资源量的减少而降低,这表明在职者比大学生更具“计算理性”。

Emotion emerges among interpersonal relationship.Both network structure and ties affect ex-change and emotion.Lawler argues that multiple exchanges among same actors will bring positive emotion be-cause they fulfill task jointly.But Lawler's research regards all subjects as strangers and did not consider ties among them.This paper brings ties into structure and explores their influences on the exchange.Based on re-sources ( unequal resources, equal resources and various resources) and tie strengths ( strangers and acquaint-ances) , three structures including unequal power-strange relation, equal power-mixed relation and chan-ging power-mixed relation are built and emotion under these structures are analyzed.Experimental investiga-tions verify and find:(1) when strangers exchange, more resources between them will bring more positive e-motion and cohesion.(2) When the resources to be allocated are equal among the mixed relational structure, the positive emotion among acquaintances is not higher significantly than strangers, nor is the cohesion.(3) Under the mixed relational structure, when the resources to be allocated among acquaintances decline, college students'exchanges don't decline significantly, that's to say, exchanges between students and strangers in high power position don't increase significantly.However, exchanges between incumbents and acquaintances do de-cline while the resources to be allocated decline.This shows that incumbents are more rational than college students.
