针对螺旋焊管扩径机管端直径测量工序,设计了一种管端直径自动测量装置。该装置采用CCD激光传感器进行测量,运用PLC算术平均滤波法对测量数据进行运算,利用WinCC上位机软件显示测量信息,通过脉冲触发沿将测量数据保存在Access数据库中,方便数据汇总、统计。通过生产使用表明,该装置测量准确,数据存储方便,测量精度满足工艺要求,测量误差在±0.3 mm。
針對螺鏇銲管擴徑機管耑直徑測量工序,設計瞭一種管耑直徑自動測量裝置。該裝置採用CCD激光傳感器進行測量,運用PLC算術平均濾波法對測量數據進行運算,利用WinCC上位機軟件顯示測量信息,通過脈遲觸髮沿將測量數據保存在Access數據庫中,方便數據彙總、統計。通過生產使用錶明,該裝置測量準確,數據存儲方便,測量精度滿足工藝要求,測量誤差在±0.3 mm。

According to the pipe end diameter measurement process of SAWH pipe expander, a kind of pipe end diameter automatic measuring device was designed. The device adopted CCD laser sensor to carry out measurement, and used PLC arithmetic average filtering method to calculate measuring data. The measurement parameter information was displayed by using WinCC software of the upper computer; the data were stored in the Access database by the trigger pulse, which is convenient for data collection and statistics. Through actual production and use, the device presents the features of accurate measurement and convenient data storage, moreover, the measurement accuracy meets the requirements of technology, and its measurement error is ±0.3 mm.
