对工业生产的X90管线钢及X90钢级准1219 mm×16.3 mm钢管成型、水压后的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,工业生产的X90管线钢微观组织主要以粒状贝氏体(GB)/贝氏体铁素体(BF)为主,并且心部组织中粒状贝氏体含量较高,而1/4处多以贝氏体铁素体为主;力学性能方面,卷板屈服强度Rp0.2为623~651 MPa,钢管成型后Rp0.2为542~568 MPa,钢管水压后Rp0.2为635~657 MPa;另外,试验材料在厚度方向的硬度呈V形变化趋势。该试验结果为工业化生产X90钢管积累了一定的试验数据。

The mechanical properties and microstructure of industrially trial-produced X90 pipeline steel and two states (postforming, after-hydrostatic) ofφ1 219 mm×16.3 mm specification steel pipe, were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of X90 pipeline steels consist of granular bainite (GB) and bainitic ferrite (BF),in addition the central part contains more GB, a quarter of position contains more BF. In the aspect of mechanical properties, the plate yield strength Rp0.2 was in range of 623~651 MPa, the yield strength Rp0.2 was in range of 542~568 MPa postforming, and was 635~657 MPa after hydrostatic testing. In addition, the hardness of experimental material in the thickness direction showed a trend of "V" type change. The results accumulated a certain amount of test data for X90 steel pipe industrialized productφion.
