目的：探究疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法本次研究对象从2014年1月～2015年9月于我院就诊的老年腹股沟疝患者中选取33例，采用回顾性分析法对所有患者的临床资料进行分析，并对所有老年腹股沟疝患者实施疝气无张力修补术进行治疗，统计分析所有患者的临床治疗效果。结果33例患者的手术均成功，平均手术时间为（30.23±9.82）min、下床活动时间为（16.72±5.23）h、住院时间为（5.12±2.10）d、疼痛评分为（0.60±0.12）分，部分患者出现不同程度的术后并发症，其发生率为6.06%（2/33）。结论疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝具有显著的临床效果，手术时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间短，患者的疼痛程度小，且术后并发症发生率低。
목적：탐구산기무장력수보술치료노년복고구산적림상효과。방법본차연구대상종2014년1월～2015년9월우아원취진적노년복고구산환자중선취33례，채용회고성분석법대소유환자적림상자료진행분석，병대소유노년복고구산환자실시산기무장력수보술진행치료，통계분석소유환자적림상치료효과。결과33례환자적수술균성공，평균수술시간위（30.23±9.82）min、하상활동시간위（16.72±5.23）h、주원시간위（5.12±2.10）d、동통평분위（0.60±0.12）분，부분환자출현불동정도적술후병발증，기발생솔위6.06%（2/33）。결론산기무장력수보술치료노년복고구산구유현저적림상효과，수술시간、술후하상활동시간급주원시간단，환자적동통정도소，차술후병발증발생솔저。
Objective To explore the hernia repair without tension for treatment of elderly inguinal hernia, for your reference. Methods The study object from January 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital in elderly patients with inguinal hernia in 33 cases, used the retrospective analyzed method to analyzed the clinical data of all patients, and for all in elderly patients with inguinal hernia treated hernia repair without tension, statistical analysis of all patients with clinical therapeutic effect.Results The operation of 33 cases were successful, all patients with average operation time was (30.23±9.82) minutes, ambulation time for (16.72±5.23) hours, length of hospital stay (5.12±2.10) days, for pain score (0.60±0.12) scores, and some patients appear different degree of postoperative complications, the incidence was 6.06% (2/33).Conclusion No tension hernia repair in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia has signiifcant clinical effect, operation time, postoperative bed activity time and shorter hospitalization time, the degree of pain in patients with small, and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
