经济发展方式转变、产业结构调整使地方本科院校转型发展，为适应地方经济各行业对新型专业人才的需求，进行培养方式战略性调整。文章从地方本科院校转型发展中设计艺术专业创新教学的角度，提出学做一体，将项目嵌入设计课程中的教学模式，为学生建立真实的设计场所和氛围，使设计的理论和实践有效地结合，是地方本科院校转型发展中设计艺术教学改革的主导方向。

With the transformafion of economic developmentand the adjustment of industrial structure, college / universities at district level have to change their talent-training mode to meet the needs of various industries of district economy. From the perspective of cre-ative teaching, this paper propounds the teaching mode of integration between learning and doing with a project in teaching, setting up a true situation or atmosphere for art design with a view to combining theory with practice, a main trend for teaching reform of art&de-sign in the transformation of colleges/universities at district level.
