目的：对经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效进行研究，为临床提供参考。方法选取本院在2014年3月～2015年3月收治的80例前列腺增生患者为研究对象，并采用尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗，观察患者的住院时间、出血量以及治疗前后的前列腺症状评分与生活质量评分。结果患者的平均住院时间为（7.10±1.24）d，出血量为（70.01±5.24）ml，没有患者出现术后出血，且术后患者的前列腺症状评分低于术前评分，生活质量评分高于术前评分，术后与术前相比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生有显著临床疗效，具有安全可靠性。
목적：대경뇨도전렬선전절술치료전렬선증생적림상료효진행연구，위림상제공삼고。방법선취본원재2014년3월～2015년3월수치적80례전렬선증생환자위연구대상，병채용뇨도전렬선전절술진행치료，관찰환자적주원시간、출혈량이급치료전후적전렬선증상평분여생활질량평분。결과환자적평균주원시간위（7.10±1.24）d，출혈량위（70.01±5.24）ml，몰유환자출현술후출혈，차술후환자적전렬선증상평분저우술전평분，생활질량평분고우술전평분，술후여술전상비，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론채용뇨도전렬선전절술치료전렬선증생유현저림상료효，구유안전가고성。
Objective Study the urethra prostate electricity cut method to study the the clinical curative effect of treatment of hyperplasia of prostate, provide reference for clinical.Methods Selected 80 cases with gland hyperplasia patients from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital as the research object, and uesed the urethra prostate electricity cut method treatment, observation of hospitalization time, blood loss, and before and after treatment in patients with prostate symptom score and quality of life scores. Results The average hospitalization time of the patients was (7.10±1.24) days, the bleeding for (70.01±5.24) ml, no patients had postoperative bleeding, and postoperative patients with prostate symptom scores was lower than the preoperative score, quality of life score higher than that of preoperative evaluation, compared with the preoperative and postoperative,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The treatment of the urethra prostate electricity cut prostate hyperplasia have signiifcant clinical efifcacy, safety and reliability.
