南钢采用低碳+微量合金成分设计,结合三种不同控轧控冷工艺,生产出屈服强度为500 MPa 级别的8 mm 厚度桥梁钢板 Q500qE,并通过组织观察及性能检测,研究了控轧控冷工艺对高强度桥梁板组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,试验钢的强度、延伸率、-40℃冲击功值均达到标准要求,其中以28 mm 厚度中间坯、602℃返红温度工艺生产试验钢的综合性能和表面质量为最优,其表面到心部的显微组织均为铁素体+粒状贝氏体,晶粒尺寸均介于10~15μm 之间,晶粒度为10级。

NISCO produces 8 mm thickness bridge steel plate Q500qE of 500 MPa grade yield strength by means of composition design with low carbon content and minor alloy element contents in combination with three controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes,studies the effects of the controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength bridge steel plate via metallographic observation and proper-ties tests. The results show that the strength,elongation ratio and - 40 ℃ impact energy value of the test steel plate all satisfy the standard requirements,i. e. ,the comprehensive properties and surface quality of the test plate produced by using 28 mm thickness transfer bar and 602 ℃ re - tempering temperature process are both of the best ones,the micro-structure from surface to center is consisted of ferrite and granular bainite,the grain size ranges between 10 to 15 μm, the grain size classification is Grade 10.
