以FeCuNbSiB软磁粉为复合相,丁基橡胶为基体制得复合薄膜;采用Gwimstek-8001G-LCR数字电桥测试,在4kHz、10kHz、100kHz、1MHz的不同频率下,观察薄膜的阻抗Z随外磁场磁感应强度B的变化情况。研究结果表明复合薄膜在小于0.4Gs弱磁感应强度、低于10kHz测试频率下磁敏性能最好,可用作新型柔性磁敏感传感器的开发。

A thin film was constructed by mixing FeCuNbSiB soft magnetic powder with butyl rubber.Performance of the thin film, the correlations of impedance Z with external magnetic field B, were tested at frequencies of 4kHz, 10kHz, 100kHz and 1MHz with a Gwimstek-8001G-LCR.The research results displayed that the film had its best magnetic properties under 0.4Gs magnetic field and below 10kHz test frequency.It can be used to develop new flexible magnet sensitive sensors.
