目的:探讨iASPP在舌鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法临床收集16例舌鳞癌癌旁组织、71例舌鳞癌组织,通过免疫组化检测 iASPP的表达情况,并对其表达水平进行统计学分析。结果在舌癌旁组织中, iASPP少量位于棘层细胞胞浆中,呈淡黄色颗粒。在舌鳞癌组织中iASPP主要分布于上皮全层,其表达显著高于舌癌旁组织(P<0.05)。不同分化程度及是否淋巴结转移舌鳞癌患者中,iASPP的平均表达水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。低分化者表达水平最高,高分化者表达水平最低,有淋巴结转移者表达水平高于无淋巴结转移者( P<0.05)。不同临床分期iASPP的表达无显著差异。结论 iASPP表达的改变可能与舌鳞癌的发生发展有关。

목적:탐토iASPP재설린암조직중적표체급의의。방법림상수집16례설린암암방조직、71례설린암조직,통과면역조화검측 iASPP적표체정황,병대기표체수평진행통계학분석。결과재설암방조직중, iASPP소량위우극층세포포장중,정담황색과립。재설린암조직중iASPP주요분포우상피전층,기표체현저고우설암방조직(P<0.05)。불동분화정도급시부림파결전이설린암환자중,iASPP적평균표체수평유현저성차이(P<0.05)。저분화자표체수평최고,고분화자표체수평최저,유림파결전이자표체수평고우무림파결전이자( P<0.05)。불동림상분기iASPP적표체무현저차이。결론 iASPP표체적개변가능여설린암적발생발전유관。
Objective To investigate the expression of iASPP in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of iASPP was detected by immunohistochemical technique in 71 cases of tongue cancer and 16 normal tongue tissue close to the cancer lesion in tongue cancer patients. Results In normal tongue tissue, iASPP was stained little in the strata spinosum. iASPP was expressed in the whole layer of the epithelium of the cancer tissue. The expression of iASPP in tongue cancer was significantly higher than in normal tongue tissue ( P<0. 001 ) . There was a significant difference in the iASPP expression among different differentiation of the cancer lesion, with the poorly differentiated lesion expressing the highest and the well differentiated lesion expressing the lowest ( P <0. 05 ) . The cancer with lymph node metastasis expressed higher iASPP than that without metastasis ( P <0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the iASPP expression among different stages. Conclusion iASPP may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
