通过对1例单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张溃疡形成伴带状疱疹及腰椎间盘突出患者的诊疗过程进行回顾、总结，分析早期对带状疱疹漏诊的原因，旨在提高对单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张、带状疱疹、腰椎间盘突出三种疾病的认识及鉴别，避免在今后的临床工作中出现漏诊及误诊。
통과대1례단순성하지천정맥곡장궤양형성반대상포진급요추간반돌출환자적진료과정진행회고、총결，분석조기대대상포진루진적원인，지재제고대단순성하지천정맥곡장、대상포진、요추간반돌출삼충질병적인식급감별，피면재금후적림상공작중출현루진급오진。
In this paper, the diagnosis and treatment of 1 case for the simple varicose veins of lower extremities with herpes zoster and lumbar disc protrusion in patients was reviewed and summarized. The causes for missing diagnosis of herpes zoster in the early period were analyzed, in order to improve the recognition and identification of three types of diseases, including simple varicose veins of lower extremities, herpes zoster and lumbar disc protrusion. This will avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the future clinical work.
