Leaves of Liquidambar formosana Hance%Hamamelidaceae%Chemical constituents
目的:研究枫香树叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析、制备液相色谱等色谱方法进行分离,利用理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从枫香树叶分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:异槲皮苷(1),arjunglucoside Ⅱ(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷(3),hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),木犀草素-4'-O-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),杨梅树皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),槲皮素-3-O-(6″-没食子酰基)-β-d-葡萄糖苷(7),杨梅苷(8),金丝桃苷(9)。结论:化合物3-6为首次从枫香树叶中分离得到。
目的:研究楓香樹葉的化學成分。方法:採用硅膠柱層析、凝膠柱層析、製備液相色譜等色譜方法進行分離,利用理化性質和波譜技術鑒定化閤物結構。結果:從楓香樹葉分離得到9箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為:異槲皮苷(1),arjunglucoside Ⅱ(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-d-葡萄糖苷(3),hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),木犀草素-4'-O-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),楊梅樹皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),槲皮素-3-O-(6″-沒食子酰基)-β-d-葡萄糖苷(7),楊梅苷(8),金絲桃苷(9)。結論:化閤物3-6為首次從楓香樹葉中分離得到。
목적:연구풍향수협적화학성분。방법:채용규효주층석、응효주층석、제비액상색보등색보방법진행분리,이용이화성질화파보기술감정화합물결구。결과:종풍향수협분리득도9개화합물,분별감정위:이곡피감(1),arjunglucoside Ⅱ(2),산내분-3-O-β-d-포도당감(3),hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),목서초소-4'-O-β-d-필남포도당감(5),양매수피소-3-O-β-D-포도당감(6),곡피소-3-O-(6″-몰식자선기)-β-d-포도당감(7),양매감(8),금사도감(9)。결론:화합물3-6위수차종풍향수협중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the leaf of Liquidambar formosana Hance.Methods:The chemical constitu-ents were isolated and purified by column chromalography on silicagel, Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and special analysis.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the leaves of Liquidambar formosana Hance, whose structures were elucidated as isoquercitrin (1), arjunglucosideⅡ(2), kaempferol-3-O-β-d-gluco-pyranoside (3), hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), luteolin-4'-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (5), myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (6), quercetin-3-O-β-d-(6″-galloyl) glucopyranoside (7),myricitrin (8), hyperoside (9).Con-clusion:Compounds 3-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
