以辽宁对外经贸学院为例，在对其创新创业教育背景下旅游管理专业人才培养整体现状分析的基础上，认为在基地建设、教师实践经验、教学成果评价等方面存在问题。提出了要改革旅游管理人才培养模式，构建科学的创新创业训练体系，搭建产学研合作教育平台等对策，以期增强旅游管理专业学生的创新创业意识和能力。
以遼寧對外經貿學院為例，在對其創新創業教育揹景下旅遊管理專業人纔培養整體現狀分析的基礎上，認為在基地建設、教師實踐經驗、教學成果評價等方麵存在問題。提齣瞭要改革旅遊管理人纔培養模式，構建科學的創新創業訓練體繫，搭建產學研閤作教育平檯等對策，以期增彊旅遊管理專業學生的創新創業意識和能力。

This paper investigates the present personnel training mode of tourism management in Liaoning University of International Business and Economics, points out problems in the con-struction of teaching base, teachers' practical experience, teaching achievement evaluation, etc. and puts forward the following measures to approach these problems: reform personnel training mode of tourism management, build a scientific innovation entrepreneurship training system, structure a comprehensive education platform covering production, teaching and research, ho-ping to enhance the consciousness and ability of the tourism management majors in innovation and enterprise.
