目的：探析循环经济发展模式对化学制药行业的积极影响，建立化学制药行业循环经济发展模式，并提出促进该模式合理运行的对策和建议。方法：介绍循环经济的概念，构建化学制药行业循环经济发展模式图，并对图中每个元素进行分析阐述。结果和结论：化学制药行业循环经济发展模式不仅需要企业的参与和自律，还需政府、行业协会、高校与科研机构的共同支持。

Objective: To explore the positive effects of the circular economy on chemical pharmaceutical industry, establish a mode for its development and provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting its reasonable operation. Methods: The concept of circular economy was introduced, the mode picture for the circular economy development of chemical pharmaceutical industry was depicted and each element in the picture was analyzed and expounded.Results & Conclusion: The operation of circular economy development mode of chemical pharmaceutical industry needs not only the self- discipline and participation of the enterprises themselves, but also the common support of all parties including government, industry association, universities and scientiifc research institutions.
