目的：研究心脉隆注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法：选取100例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予心脉隆注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况，以及治疗前、治疗后1周的血浆脑钠肽（BNP）和超声心动图指标包括心率（HR）、心输出量（CO）、心脏指数（CI）、左室短轴缩短率（FS）、左心射血分数（LVEF）的数值变化。结果：治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组；两组患者治疗前HR、CO、CI、FS、LVEF和血浆BNP比较差异无统计学意义，治疗组治疗后以上指标较治疗前明显改善，且明显优于对照组治疗后；两组患者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论：心脉隆注射液临床疗效显著，可有效改善心功能，且不良反应少。
목적：연구심맥륭주사액치료만성폐원성심장병적림상료효。방법：선취100례만성폐원성심장병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각50례。대조조급여상규대증지지치료，치료조재대조조적기출상급여심맥륭주사액치료。비교량조환자림상료효화불량반응발생정황，이급치료전、치료후1주적혈장뇌납태（BNP）화초성심동도지표포괄심솔（HR）、심수출량（CO）、심장지수（CI）、좌실단축축단솔（FS）、좌심사혈분수（LVEF）적수치변화。결과：치료조림상료효명현우우대조조；량조환자치료전HR、CO、CI、FS、LVEF화혈장BNP비교차이무통계학의의，치료조치료후이상지표교치료전명현개선，차명현우우대조조치료후；량조환자불량반응비교차이무통계학의의。결론：심맥륭주사액림상료효현저，가유효개선심공능，차불량반응소。
Objective:To discuss the clinical efifcacy of Xinmailong injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods: One hundred cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 50 cases each. All the patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the treatment group was given Xinmailong injection in addition. The clinical efifcacy and adverse reactions were compared, and the changes of BNP, HR, CO, CI, FS, LVEF were also compared before and one week after the treatment.Results:The clinical efifcacy was signiifcantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. The comparison of HR, CO, CI, FS, LVEF and BNP between two groups showed no significant difference before the treatment, however these indexes were significantly improved in the treatment group and better than in the control group after the treatment. The differences of adverse reactions between two groups had not statistically signiifcance.Conclusion:Xinmailong injection has good clinical efifcacy and less adverse reaction and can improve the heart function.
