目的:筛选出适合丹酚酸B纯化的大孔吸附树脂。方法:通过静态-动态吸附实验对丹酚酸B纯化用大孔吸附树脂进行筛选。以静态吸附率、解吸率,动态吸附率、洗脱率及合格洗脱率为指标考察不同型号及同一型号不同厂家的树脂纯化丹酚酸B的性能。结果:D101型大孔吸附树脂较其他型号树脂更适合丹酚酸B的纯化;而天津海光及西安蓝晓两个厂家D101型大孔吸附树脂纯化丹酚酸B的性能略有差异性。结论:D101型大孔吸附树脂适用于丹酚酸B的纯化。
目的:篩選齣適閤丹酚痠B純化的大孔吸附樹脂。方法:通過靜態-動態吸附實驗對丹酚痠B純化用大孔吸附樹脂進行篩選。以靜態吸附率、解吸率,動態吸附率、洗脫率及閤格洗脫率為指標攷察不同型號及同一型號不同廠傢的樹脂純化丹酚痠B的性能。結果:D101型大孔吸附樹脂較其他型號樹脂更適閤丹酚痠B的純化;而天津海光及西安藍曉兩箇廠傢D101型大孔吸附樹脂純化丹酚痠B的性能略有差異性。結論:D101型大孔吸附樹脂適用于丹酚痠B的純化。
목적:사선출괄합단분산B순화적대공흡부수지。방법:통과정태-동태흡부실험대단분산B순화용대공흡부수지진행사선。이정태흡부솔、해흡솔,동태흡부솔、세탈솔급합격세탈솔위지표고찰불동형호급동일형호불동엄가적수지순화단분산B적성능。결과:D101형대공흡부수지교기타형호수지경괄합단분산B적순화;이천진해광급서안람효량개엄가D101형대공흡부수지순화단분산B적성능략유차이성。결론:D101형대공흡부수지괄용우단분산B적순화。
Objective: To select a kind of macroreticular resin for separating salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: Macroreticular resins for the purification of salvianolic acid B were screened by the static-dynamic absorption experiment. The different types of resins and the same type of resins from different companies were evaluated for their abilities to purify salvianolic acid B by measuring the rates of the static and dynamic absorption and elution and the qualiifed elution rate. Results: Macroreticular resin D101 was more effective for purifying salvianolic acid B than others and its absorption-elution performance to salvianolic acid B was a little bit different between the resins produced in Tianjin Haiguang and Xi’an Lanxiao. Conclusion: Macroreticular resin D101 is suitable to the puriifcation of salvianolic acid B.
